• Health and Safety:
  • Health and Safety forms an integral part of all our activities and is managed by a director supported by an external consultant and forms part of our monthly management review meetings.
  • Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are prepared in advance of work commencing and all our staff are trained to assess and update both of these in line with their findings as work progresses. Where practical, any modifications would only be made following full consultation and with the approval of the client.

• Training and Qualifications:
  • All staff members are only allowed to undertake work for which they are fully qualified, certified and trained.
  • Training in all aspects [commercial, safety and technical] is managed to ensure that all staff members are developed in line with their capabilities and to meet the required demands.
  • We hold full training records for all members of staff.
  • All site engineers carry CSCS Cards and will have completed all standard training such as Emergency First Aid, Manual Handling etc. Most engineers also are trained in Confined Space Entry, Tower Scaffold, Cherry Pickers and Water Hygiene etc.
• Waste Management:
  • We are certified to transfer waste from site to our works where it will be sorted for recycling. Our EA Hazardous Waste Registration Number is AAB308 and our average recycle score is 86%.
•  Computer Programmes:
  • We use standard based computer programmes for all management activities such as, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Sage, Job Costing, AutoCAD etc.
• Communication:
  • We are able to be contacted by Telephone, Post, Fax, and Email and offer dedicated customer specific Email address facilities where required.
• Customer Specifications and Standards:
  • We are pleased to embrace and work to all customers Specification and Standards provided they are robust and don’t have any conflict with BSI Standards.
